DrChrono nailed the iPad-first chart UX years before the rest of the industry caught up. The third-party marketplace is genuinely useful for primary care and small specialty practices that want to bolt on their own tools.
For mental-health specifically, you end up doing the bolting yourself — outcome measures, group sessions, TMS, telehealth at scale. Heepsters Practice already did the bolting, and added an AI staff that DrChrono doesn't ship.
